Unicycling milestones

This post is to document the various milestones I achieve/plan on achieving, on a unicycle. When I complete these, I’ll strike them out and update with the date I completed them.
A single ride of at least 5 kilometers.[2020-04-30]A ride of 5 kilometers or more, within an hour.[2020-04-30]A single ride of at least 10 kilometers.[2020-05-06]An average speed of 7.5 km/h or better, over a training session of 45 minutes or more.2020-05-27- Unicycling backwards, upto 30 revolutions.
- Making turns while riding backwards.
Riding a distance of 1.5 km or more, without stopping/dismounting; idling would be okay.2020-05-27Changing directions four times without stopping/dismounting. In each direction, a minumum of five half revolutions, before switching direction. ex. if I start rolling forward, I need to roll at least five half revolutions forward, before rolling backwards, forwards again, and finally backwards again, with at least five half revolutions during each leg.Learning to hop: 25 times successively2021-04-14- Learning to hop: start a hop from stand-still
Learning to idle: idle twenty cranks or more.2020-07-15- One-footed idling: 10 crank revs or more
- One-footed riding: 10 crank revs or more
- One-footed riding with either foot.
A single ride of 30 kilometers or more.2021-02-26An average speed of 10 km/h or better, over a ride of 45 minutes or more.2021-04-19- An average speed of 14 km/h or better, over a ride of 45 minutes or more.
- Reaching a top speed of 16 km/h or better without resulting in a UPD.
- A single ride of 50 kilometers or more.
